Your Information:
When you purchase your ticket you can screen shot or download the ticket from your device. We will also email you a copy of the QR code for the ticket.
Your information will not be sold or shared with 3rd parties, and we will only email you once.


Shipping Options:
Our tickets are delivered electronically as an onscreen image and via email.

However, for those who need it, we do offer physical tickets. Please note that physical tickets will be mailed to the address provided, and will incur a shipping charge.

The shipping cost is $2.50 base cost plus $.50 per ticket to cover labor, printing, and shipping. We ship tickets roughly two weeks before the event – no need to worry about lost tickets that way!
Note: due to lead times, we will quit accepting orders for shipped tickets 1 week before the festival date, so order early.
